Shipping & Returns
- All products come with a 12-month warranty which you may seek a refund or replacement for the product. The following terms and conditions apply to the warranty:
- Damages due to misuse by the user or during delivery will not be covered by this warranty
- This warranty does not cover any accessories or bonus gifts. Regarding to accessory and bonus gift, they would be noted in our listing would, include (but limited to) battery, carry bag, etc.
- Damage on Arrival (DOA) – This warranty only applies to items that are broken when arrived or appear to be not functioning on initial usage. The following terms and conditions apply to DOA warranty:
- Buyers must check their item(s) and report the damages or faults (pictures or videos) to us within 10 working days, by email after receiving the item(s). We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this timeframe or additional charges (postage and handling) may apply.
- Please do not return the faulty item to us without our approval.
- Product Returns – Returns will only be accepted within 10 days of receiving the delivery. The items should be in original packaging and not opened or damaged. Send the photos of the items requesting a product return to the email id email@example.com. On receipt of items in acceptable condition we will start the refund process.
- Upon approval of return, the buyer should send the items back by trackable shipping method to the location or address as advised by us.
- Refund and replacement generally take up to 5 working days to process and will notify you right after it has been processed. An amount of 30% of order value and initial shipping charges will be charged for processing and re-stocking.
- Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
